But other things are harder. Something that I’ve found to be very common in people with depression is that they don’t necessarily want to kill themselves, they just want to stop being. That’s an incredibly scary thing to feel and it’s almost impossible to explain to someone who hasn’t experienced it…
One of the best mom moments in TV history. I wish more parents knew how important it is to validate their children’s feelings.
